These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern the text message program operated by Resin-Rubber.com (“Resin Rubber,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. About Our Text Message Program

Resin Rubber offers a text messaging program to customers, prospective customers, and installer partners who choose to receive texts from us. Depending on how you signed up, messages may include:

• Customer care and transactional messages — quote requests and follow-ups, installer matching, scheduling and appointment reminders, order and delivery updates, delivery of information you asked for, and replies to questions you send us.
• Promotional and marketing messages — product news, pricing and promotional offers, new color or system releases, training and event invitations, and other marketing related to our resin rubber surfacing products and services.

Our text program may include one-way messages sent by us, as well as two-way conversations with a member of our team.

2. How You Sign Up (Consent)

You will only receive text messages from us if you have given us your express consent. You may opt in by:

Message frequency varies. Transactional and customer care messages are sent as needed based on your inquiry, quote, or order. Marketing messages are generally limited to a small number of messages per month. You may receive additional messages when you reply to us or start a conversation.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Resin Rubber does not charge for the text messages we send, but your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates apply to every message you send or receive. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details on your plan’s charges. You are solely responsible for all charges billed by your carrier.

5. How to Opt Out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. We also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT.

After you send one of these keywords, we will send a single confirmation message and then stop sending texts to that number. You may still receive messages related to a specific transaction already in progress where separately required or permitted, and you will continue to receive email or phone communication unless you opt out of those separately.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carrier participation may change without notice, and we cannot guarantee that messages will be delivered on every carrier or to every device.

8. Delivery, Devices, and Availability

Message delivery depends on your carrier’s network and your device. We are not responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or not received due to network conditions, device settings, out-of-range or powered-off phones, or any factor outside our reasonable control. Some devices may not support all message types, including messages containing images or links.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and you must reside in the United States, to participate in our text message program.

10. Privacy

Information you provide through our text program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information. Mobile information and consent to receive text messages will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers that help us operate our messaging program, and with a trusted installer from our professional network where you have asked us to match you with an installer.

11. Content of Messages

Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology. You may receive messages from a short code, a toll-free number, or a local (10-digit) number associated with Resin Rubber.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued participation in the text program after we post changes means you accept the updated terms.

13. Disputes

These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to our text message program will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
