Product Warranty Coverage

All Resin Rubber materials come with a manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects in material quality under normal use.
This warranty ensures that the products you receive are free from manufacturing faults at the time of delivery.

What the Warranty Covers

Manufacturing defects in the materials
Incorrect or contaminated product batches
Premature material failure caused by production errors
Missing or incorrect items in your order
If any issue is covered under warranty, we will replace the affected materials at no additional cost.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Because Resin Rubber is a material supplier and does not perform installations, the warranty does not cover:
Improper installation or application
Surface failures caused by poor groundwork or drainage issues
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect
Wear and tear from normal use or environmental exposure
Color variation due to UV exposure or weathering
Damage caused by using non-approved additives, resins, or mixing methods

Any issue resulting from installation must be handled directly with the installer.

Installer Responsibility

We supply high-quality resin-bound materials but do not provide installation services.
If your project is installed by a third-party installer, any workmanship issues must be addressed directly with them. Their own warranty or guarantee (if provided) applies to installation quality.

Duration of Warranty

Standard material warranty: 12 months from the date of purchase.
This covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to normal aging or environmental effects.

Filing a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please provide:
Your order number
A detailed description of the issue
Clear photos or videos of the affected area
Information about the installer (if applicable)
Our support team will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days.

Replacement of Materials

If your claim is approved, the affected materials will be replaced at no cost.
Shipping charges for replacement products may be covered depending on the situation.

Limitations of Liability

Resin Rubber is not responsible for:
Installer errors or poor workmanship
Damage caused by incorrect handling, storage, or mixing
Surface failures due to structural issues, moisture, or substrate movement

Our liability is limited solely to the replacement of defective materials.
