Black 55LB
Solid color, 55 lb
Everything Resin Rubber supplies for poured-in-place rubber surfacing: EPDM granules in 40 colors, resin binders, tools and installer training. Trade pricing shows once you log in to the dealer portal.
Solid color rubber granules are EPDM granules dyed a single shade all the way through. Laid with a resin binder, they give one flat, even color. Resin Rubber sells 28 solid colors in 55 lb bags, from Black and Dark Grey to Granny Smith, Magenta and White.
Mixed color rubber granules are pre-blended bags of two to four EPDM colors combined to a fixed recipe, which gives a speckled, natural-stone look. Resin Rubber sells 12 blends in 55 lb bags and publishes the color-code percentages for each, so a reorder matches the original.
Resin binder is the liquid polyurethane that coats rubber granules or stone and cures into a solid, porous surface. Resin Rubber supplies two in 5-gallon pails: UV-stable aliphatic binder for exposed top layers, and lower-cost aromatic binder for base layers and anything kept out of direct sun.
Trowel cleaner is a compound that dissolves cured resin from trowels, lutes, mixer paddles and hand tools. Resin Rubber stocks it in three sizes: an 11 lb container for smaller crews, 3.5 gallons for crews installing most weeks, and 5 gallons for high-volume installers.
A rubber mixer coats EPDM rubber granules in resin binder on site before troweling. Resin Rubber supplies the RR80L, a forced-action mixer with a 1400 W brushless motor and a 55 L working capacity. A standard batch is 36 L of granules to 4 L of binder (9:1 by volume), mixed for 3 minutes.
Resin Rubber sells its black mixing buckets in a set of four. They clamp into the RR80L forced-action mixer frame like the bucket that comes with the mixer, so a crew can prepare batches ahead and swap buckets between mixes.
Glow Rock is photoluminescent glass stone that charges in daylight and glows after dark. It comes in three colors (Aqua, Emerald and Sky), three sizes (1/8, 1/4 and 1/2 inch) and 1 lb or 5 lb bags, with a fine Aqua glow sand alongside. It is sent direct from Resin Rock LLC.
Resin Rubber offers two hands-on installer courses. Bronze ($1,500, 2 people) covers granules, binders, mix ratios, curing, troweling and basic repairs. Silver ($2,000, 4 people) adds base repair, multi-color designs, playground fall height and ADA topics, estimating and sales. Both include installer certification.
